Our service offers email messages that are delivered for a flat fee of:
$0.01 per email

Please, note that we will not charge fees for bounced emails.

We charge $10 USD flat monthly administration fee to cover our services. To guarantee our service performance we have a Performance Guarantee.

We are the only provider in the industry that offers performance guarantee on its services. We are confident that our campaigns will deliver at least 5% response rate (this means for every 100 SMS or email messages sent we will have at least 5 user interactions/clicks).
If we fail to reach this benchmark, we will NOT charge monthly service fee for the period with lower performance.

The rates are based on the user motivation to respond to targeted messages.
Transaction messages have more appeal because they carry information related to purchase and shipment status.
Bulk messages have less appeal because they usually carry pure marketing content.
To increase the overall response rate, store owners have the option to reward users with discounts using @REWARDS function. Basically, this functions allows discounts for repeat purchases.

We expect campaign performance of 21% for SMS messages and 8% for email messages. This performance estimate is based on targeting and historical campaign data analysis. We are confident that we can reach such high campaign performance based on our experience and marketing expertise, that is the reason we offer our Performance Guarantee to all of our customers.

We use the Shopify billing platform for all recurring and usage charges.

Recurring Monthly Charges:

• Monthly Charge – $10 USD with Performance Guarantee.

Usage Charges:

• All SMS, Email, and WhatsApp campaign incur Usage Charges based on the number of messages sent.

All Monthly charges are processed once per month at the beginning of each month. All usage charges are processed daily.
